Dekalb County, Georgia -- Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney Christopher Quinn is facing charges related to a recent prostitution sting. Police say a high-end escort service was operating out of an apartment across the street from the Dunwoody police station. Quinn, 46, of Alpharetta, turned himself in Wednesday and has been charged with pandering and violation of Georgia’s felony racketeering statute.

Berkeley, CA -- The suspect in Berkeley’s first homicide of the new year has been identified as Pablo Gomez Jr., a University of California Berkeley student and left-wing activist. Police say Gomez allegedly stabbed a woman who, despite her injuries, had managed to flag down assistance. Eventually authorities discovered the dead body from another “violent crime” incident, leading them to tag Gomez as the main suspect. A Chicanx/Latinx Studies major, Gomez is involved with Berkeley’s Queer Alliance Resource Center and “is a senior climate action fellow at Alliance for Climate Education,” according to their respective Facebook pages.

Orlando, FL ~ United States (WCJB) -- Markeith Loyd is the man accused of killing an Orlando police officer. Most defendants appear with an attorney and remain silent the first time they go before a judge. Loyd was combative and used profane language while offering a defense to his accused crimes. In an unusual first court appearance he said he plans to represent himself and yelled "f--- you!" to the judge as he left the room. It was the first time Loyd, who also had white gauze covering his left eye and a bandage on his head, appeared in court since his arrest Tuesday night. His arrest ended a nine-day manhunt for him.

EL CENTRO, CA (WCJB) ~ United States The El Centro Police Department said it's investigating a video that shows officers using force on a suspect who put several people in danger Tuesday afternoon. The video shows officers beating 23-year-old Elizardo Saenz, an El Centro resident. It also shows a K-9 police dog attacking Saenz. (Click here for video)

Oakland, CA (WCJB) ~ United States -- A sex scandal involving Oakland police officers and a then underage girl has all the makings of a TV thriller. The saga is full of twists and turns. The scandal erupted months after Officer Brendan O'Brien committed suicide. O'Brien left a note spilling the details, including names. Three Oakland officers were placed on paid leave. A source said O'Brien in his suicide note confessed to exchanging messages with a young woman who goes by the name Celeste Guap. However, the note says he did not have sexual contact with her. The same sources said she has met multiple officers. In the note, O'Brien named the officers, including one sergeant, involved in the alleged sexual misconduct with Guap. Guap is the daughter of a Oakland police dispatcher. The police investigation will look at whether Guap was under age during some of the encounters with officers. (Click here for video)

New Orleans, LA (WCJB) ~ United States -- On September 4, 2005, New Orleans police received a call from an officer at Danziger Bridge reporting gunfire. Several NOPD officers—including Sgt. Kenneth Bowen, Sgt. Robert Gisevius, Officer Anthony Villavaso, and Officer Robert Faulcon—arrived at the scene in a Budget rental truck. They proceeded to open fire with assault rifles and a shotgun on an unarmed family, the Bartholomews, who had been walking to a grocery store and were then sheltering behind a concrete barrier. 17-year-old James Brissette—a family friend—was killed, and four other people were wounded. The police shooters stated that while approaching the bridge, they had been fired on by civilians, and were forced to return fire. Homicide detective Arthur "Archie" Kaufman was made the lead investigator on the case. He was later found guilty of conspiring with the defendants to conceal evidence in order to make the shootings appear justified, including fabricating information for his official reports on the case. NOPD lieutenant Michael Lohman also encouraged the officers to "provide false stories about what had precipitated the shooting" and plant a firearm near the scene. (Click here for video)

Aiken, S.C. (WCJB) ~ United States -- A horrifying new dashcam video shows at least one white member of the Aiken, S.C. Police Department search inside a black man’s rectum for the apparent crime of being a passenger in a car with paper tags, which, it bears noting, is not a crime in the state of South Carolina. Driving a car with paper tags isn’t illegal either, as long as they aren’t expired. The car belonged to a woman named Lakeya Hicks, who had the paper tags because she had recently purchased the vehicle. Hicks’ tags weren’t expired, and a check on her license came up clean. However, the cops didn’t let her go. (Click here for video)

Brooklyn, NY (WCJB) ~ United States -- When an unmarked police car drove very close to mailman Glenn Grays in Brooklyn, Grays shouted at the car. Pink housing projects in the East New York section of Brooklyn. Jury selection in the case was completed last week. Gurley died more than 14 months ago, on November 20, 2014, as two cops were making a “vertical patrol,” checking the stairwells in the high-rise building. As Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney Marc Fliedner put it, opening the prosecution’s case, “Akai Gurley is dead today because he crossed paths with Peter Liang.” Liang was indicted by a Brooklyn grand jury on manslaughter and other charges last February, and both prosecution and defense agree on the immediate events that led to Gurley’s death.(Click here for video)

Chicago, IL -- Surveillance video (Click here for video) in connection with a Chicago police officer's fatally shooting 17-year-old Cedrick Chatman was released today by attorneys for the teen's family. A federal judge ordered the release of footage showing the 2013 shooting today after the city withdrew its objection to its being made public. Chicago police officer Kevin Fry fatally shot Chatman Jan. 7, 2013, in broad daylight during a foot chase, according to court records. Chatman’s family had fought for the video to be released as part of a wrongful death lawsuit they filed over the shooting against the city, Fry and Chicago police officer Lou Toth, who pursued Chatman along with Fry during the foot chase. Family members have argued the video will counter the city and police’s narrative that the 17-year-old was a danger to police. IPRA concluded the officers' actions were justified because they reasonably believed Chatman was armed at the time.

Brooklyn, NY -- A newly-released surveillance video (Click here for video) contradicts an undercover NYPD police officer who arrested four people in Brooklyn for allegedly trying to rob him on Dec. 26, 2015, according to a defense lawyer. Jean Scott, 33; Peterson Duplan, 28; Ricardi Joseph, 29; and Samantha Dabel, 24, said that they were approached by a man who tried to buy drugs from them at a hardware store. The undercover cop was identified as Winston McDonald, who testified in court that Duplan allegedly flashed a switchblade at him outside of the store, and said, "Give me your money or I will stab you," according to court papers.

Forth Worth, TX -- The mother of ‘affluenza’ teen Ethan Couch was ordered released from a Tarrant County jail cell after a bond hearing this afternoon. She may be leaving the jail soon. Judge Wayne Salvant ordered her bond reduced to $75,000 with several conditions. The conditions include weekly visits with the Community Supervisions and Corrections Department of Tarrant County. She is also not to consume alcoholic beverages or use social media. “Let’s look at it for what it is, I understand everyone is concerned and there is outrage in the community… but as a judge I have to look at the law,” said Judge Salvant. Couch and her lawyers were present at a 2 p.m. bond hearing at the Tarrant County Justice Center hoping to have her bond reduced. It was originally set at $1 million since she was charged with Hindering Apprehension of a Felon. (Click here for video)

Salt Lake City, Utah -- Exactly one year after a man was shot and killed during an altercation with a Salt Lake City Police Department officer, a former Davis County Sheriff says new video (Click here for video)footage indicates the officer's actions may not have been justified. Miami, FL ~ USA -- A Florida jury began weighing on Tuesday whether a man who killed his wife and posted a photo of her blood-spattered, lifeless body on Facebook committed first-degree murder. Attorneys for Derek Medina, 33, argued that he was acting in self-defense when he fired eight shots at Jennifer Alfonso, 27, in the kitchen of their Miami-area residence. The August 2013 shooting followed a fight in which she had threatened to leave, prosecutors said during closing statements. They argued that Medina retrieved a .380-caliber pistol from his bedroom and pulled the trigger repeatedly in a premeditated act of murder. "Every single shot hit her because he was aiming and he wanted her dead," said Assistant State Attorney Leah Klein in Miami-Dade County circuit court. Medina wrote on Facebook shortly before turning himself in: "I'm going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife. My wife was punching me, and I am not going to stand any more with the abuse so I did what I did," he added in the post. (Click here for video)

Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison for each charge.

Oklahoma City OK ~ USA -- A former Oklahoma City police officer was convicted Thursday of 18 of the 36 counts he faced, including four counts of first-degree rape, related to accusations that he victimized 13 women on his police beat in a minority, low-income neighborhood. Daniel Holtzclaw, 29, sobbed (Click here for video) as the verdict was read aloud. He could spend the rest of his life in prison based on the jury's recommendations, which include a 30-year sentence on each of the first-degree rape counts. Among the other charges he was convicted of were forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery and second-degree rape. The jury, which deliberated for about 45 hours over four days, recommended he serve a total of 263 years in prison. The judge will decide later whether he will have to serve the sentences consecutively.

A longtime San Jose youth football coach (pictured left) is facing numerous felony sex crime charges after a teen player disclosed the alleged molestations to a pastor during a church outing. Michael Robert Hagan, 28, a former coach with Oak Grove Youth Football, has been charged with seven felonies, including five counts of lewd or lascivious acts on a child under 14 or 15, according to a complaint filed March 18 by the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. "It's always disturbing when a person uses a position of trust to take advantage of a minor," said Steve Fein, who heads the district attorney's sex assault prosecution team.

When asked whether they suspected there could be multiple victims, Fein said: "It wouldn't surprise me. The investigation is ongoing."

Hagan could face up to seven years in prison if he is convicted of the charges, according to prosecutors. He remains in custody in lieu of $300,000 bail.

Police Press Release:

San Jose: On 3/12/11, the San Jose Police Department, Child Exploitation Detail, received a report that Michael Hagan, a 28-year-old football coach for Oak Grove Youth Football League, a private and non-profit organization, committed lewd acts with a juvenile football player on Hagan's team.

On 3/16/11, Hagan was arrested without incident near his home in South San Jose as a result of the investigation and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on seven felony counts of sexual acts against a 14- or 15-year-old child.

Hagan has been involved in the Oak Grove Youth Football League for 13 years. He currently remains in custody at the Santa Clara County jail on $300,000 bail.

The San Jose Police Department is asking any victims or others with information to contact Detective Dan Ichige or Sergeant Randy Schriefer with the Child Exploitation Detail at (408) 277-4102. Persons wishing to remain anonymous can call the Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers tip line at (408) 947-STOP (7867) or may visit: http://svcrimestoppers.org/, and may be eligible for a cash reward.

Elizabeth A. “Beth” Rossok, 20 (pictured left) a substitute teacher at South Putnam High School in Greencastle, Indiana has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having a sexual relationship with a teenager she coached in a local softball league for girls 14 and younger. Reportedly, Rossok turned herself in to police after charges were filed and faces one felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Following her arrest and booking, Rossok was reportedly released on $20,000 bond.

Rossok came to the attention of the Department of Child Services in September when allegations regarding the alleged improper relationship surfaced. It is alleged that the sexual contact occurred at Rossok’s home over a nearly one-year period, beginning in August 2009 and continuing until the investigation began.

In addition to allegedly having sexual contact with the girl, it is further alleged that Rossok also gave pornographic material and alcohol to the alleged victim.

Rossok, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges, reportedly has a change of plea hearing scheduled for December 2, 2010.

Ex-police officer Damen Lowe
has been convicted of sexually and physically abusing
a teenage girl over a period of several years

June 8, 2010

RACINE, WI - Former police officer Damen Lowe has been convicted of sexually and physically abusing a teenage girl over a period of several years. He was convicted of seven of the 10 charges against him, including repeated sexual assault of a child, exposing a child to harmful material, and one count of physical abuse of a child. He was found not guilty of three counts of physical abuse. Lowe had 10 years experience with the Racine Police Department when the girl came forward last May (2009) with the allegations, saying he hit her with his hands and a belt, made her engage in sexual activity and showed her pornography. He spent the next year on paid administrative leave, and formally resigned from the department as his trial started last week.

It took eight hours over two days for jurors to agree on a verdict in the case. Racine County Circuit Court Judge Charles Constantine on Tuesday first read the verdicts on each of the 10 counts to himself, then out loud to everyone gathered in the courtroom. With the first "guilty," for repeated sexual assault of a child, Lowe's (pictured above, left) family cried out in protest. For six more charges, Constantine gave the same news, that jurors had convicted Lowe of sexual assault of a child, of exposing a child to harmful material, and of child abuse. On the last three counts of child abuse, he was found not guilty. Lowe's family wept. Once the judge finished announcing the verdicts, Lowe's attorney asked to have the jurors polled. Each was asked in turn to state his or her verdict on the seven convictions. Jurors looked at the judge and each gave the same response - guilty - seven times.

(Damen Lowe fights tears before being taken to jail after his bond was revoked, after he is found guilty of seven of 10 charges, including sexual abuse and exposing a child to harmful materials, Tuesday June 8, 2010 in Racine County Circuit Court. Lowe was a Racine police officer when he was charged. He resigned from the department June 1, 2010, the first day of his trial, with the resignation effective May 25, 2010.) Lowe turned around in his seat and looked back toward his family. His eyes were red. Lowe's defense attorney asked the judge not to accept the verdict and to render his own verdict of not guilty on all 10 counts. He said the evidence "was insufficient" to support the conviction. Jurors listened to five days of testimony. The victim, now 16, spoke of how she was shown pornography, how Lowe hit her with a belt and his hand, and how he forced her to engage in sexual activity over a period of several years. Lowe took the stand in his own defense. He admitted to striking the girl - and said it was a way of disciplining her when other methods had failed - but that he did not have sexual contact with her.

Jurors were told they could find Lowe not guilty of the child abuse counts, if they found his use of force was a reasonable way of disciplining the girl. Lowe had been out on bond since his arrest last May. When the court proceedings were over, he was directed into the jail through a door in the courtroom. He faces up to 59 years in prison and 41 years extended supervision. He is due to be sentenced Aug. 25. After the hearing, his family said they could not believe the verdict. "I think that was so wrong," said his mother, Patricia Bellvie, who sat through the entire trial. "He gets off for physical abuse, and that's the only thing they were able to prove." Jurors saw photographs of bruises left on the girl's leg after he struck her in November 2008. There was no physical evidence - like DNA or photographs - documenting the sexual abuse. Jurors ultimately had to weigh what the girl said on the stand against Lowe's testimony.

Ex-CIA Star Accused of Rape Tasered Twice During Arrest, Had Gun, Crack Pipe:
Former Spy Andrew Warren Was In Wheelchair at Hearing

Andrew Warren, the former CIA station chief accused a drugging, raping and taping a Muslim woman while serving overseas, was hit twice with a taser when he was arrested earlier this week, according to two U.S. officials. At a hearing in a Virginia federal court Tuesday, Warren was confined to a wheelchair and bruising was visible on his face. Warren was arrested Monday after a bench warrant was issued for missing a pre-trial hearing for his coming trial for sexual misconduct. Local police, U.S. Marshals and officers from the Diplomatic Security Service found Warren at a Norfolk, Virginia Ramada Limited hotel late Monday.

When Warren missed his court date earlier this month, authorities had reached out to friends and family members for help in finding him, and said they believed he was abusing crack cocaine and might be in danger. As first reported by the Washington Post, the 42-year-old Norfolk native had a gun in his waistband when officers attempted to arrest him Monday, and officers used a taser to subdue him.

According to the two federal law enforcement officials, officers fired an electrical charge at Warren because they believed he was under the influence of drugs and was reaching for his "mid-torso," where the gun was located. He was tasered twice, said the officials. They said a crack pipe and a handgun were recovered from Warren's room.

Local ABC affiliate WVEC reported earlier this week that neighbors of Warren noticed odd behavior in the weeks prior to the hotel room arrest. The acquaintances said that Warren displayed his genitals outside his pants. Warren is now in federal custody and was transferred to Washington on Thursday. The former CIA chief of station in Algeria faces one federal count of sexual abuse.

Warren's (pictured left) fall from grace has been dramatic. According to two former CIA officials, Warren was a rising star at the CIA. He was a fluent Arabic speaker who had converted to Islam, making him an ideal officer in the Middle East for the intelligence agency. Before being posted to Algeria, Warren had served in Egypt, Afghanistan, and a stint in that CIA domestic station in New York. It was in New York, a few years after 9/11, that supervisors spotted him as a potential star, ready to be deployed around the world as a spy. Within a very short time - four years - Warren had been posted as station chief in Algeria. Warren worked for the agency in the Middle East until October 2008, until he was recalled from the region and then fired after two women came forward and accused him of rape, accusations which were first reported by ABC News' Brian Ross in January 2009. He was charged with one federal count of sexual abuse in June.

Bureau of Diplomatic Security

According to an affidavit filed by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, two women in separate incidents alleged that Warren gave them drinks that caused them to pass out and then sexually assaulted them at his Algerian apartment while they were in a helpless unconscious or semi-conscious state.
In the first case, the alleged victim claims that Warren prepared a mixed drink of cola and whiskey. The woman stated that she felt a "violent onset of nausea," and Warren said she should spend the night at his home.

When she woke up the next morning, according to the affidavit, "she was lying on a bed, completely nude, with no memory of how she had been undressed." She said she realized "she recently had engaged in sexual intercourse, though she had no memory of having intercourse."

The second victim's account also states that Warren allegedly drugged her before raping her. "While drinking the second apple martini, [Victim 2] suddenly felt faint and felt the immediate needed to vomit. V2 described the sudden and violent onset of the illness as nothing like the physiological effects of alcohol related sickness that she had experienced when she consumed alcohol on previous occasions. V2 stated she immediately began to pass in and out of consciousness. V2's recollections of the ensuing events are characterized as passing in and out of consciousness, due to the debilitating effects of the illness," the affidavit states.

"[Victim 2's] next recollection was being located in Warren's upstairs bathroom, on the floor. V2 could see and hear, but she could not move. Warren was in the bathroom, and he was attempting to remove V2's pants. Although V2 could not physically resist Warren, she was able to speak, and she asked him to leave the bathroom. Warren continued to undress V2, and told her she would feel better after a bath. V2 stated that she had difficulty comprehending what was happening to her. Eventually Warren was able to remove V2's blue jeans, boots, and her blazer," the statement said.

Allegedly, the woman remembers being in Warren's bed and asking him to stop, but according to the affidavit, "Warren made a statement to the effect of 'nobody stays in my expensive sheets with clothes on.'" She told the Diplomatic Security agents that, "as she slipped in and out of consciousness she had conscious images of Warren penetrating her vagina repeatedly with his penis."

Diplomatic Security Special Agent Scott Baker noted in the affidavit, "The victims' symptoms were consistent with drugs used to facilitate sexual assaults."

U.S. officials also said that a search of Warren's residence uncovered many tapes of Warren engaged in sex with women, including at least one tape that shows a woman in a semi-conscious state.

Asked for a comment on the case in 2009, CIA spokesman George Little said in a statement, "We will continue to cooperate with law enforcement in this matter, which involves a former agency employee who was fired earlier this year."

Warren pleaded not guilty to the charge of sexual assault in June 2009. He was released on his recognizance after his arraignment and had been living in the Norfolk area ever since.

Morton Taubman, an attorney for Warren, said in 2009 his client is, "Not guilty...He is innocent."

According to the Justice Department, if convicted, Warren could face life in prison. [Update!]

A 58-year-old Glendale man was sentenced Friday to six months in jail and up to three years of probation for having child pornography on his home computer and for possessing an assault rifle, officials said. Walter Loustari, an attorney based in La Cañada Flintridge, must surrender to authorities July 15 to begin his jail term and must also register as a sex offender, said Sandi Gibbons, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge William C. Ryan also restricted Loustari’s access to the Internet and interaction with minors, she said.

Loustari pleaded no contest in January to one felony count each of child porn possession and having an illegal assault rifle, setting the stage for his sentencing in March. That hearing was delayed. He must also surrender all firearms and undergo one year of counseling under the sentence, Gibbons said. Loustari was arrested in October following a federal investigation that began three years earlier. At the time, he was the third Glendale man to be arrested in connection with the child porn investigation. His attorney could not be reached for comment.

Due to the felony charges, Loustari’s license to practice law will likely be suspended until a disciplinary panel with the California State Bar reviews the case, spokeswoman Kathleen Beitiks said.

LOS ANGELES, CA
— A 57-year-old attorney accused of possessing child pornography on his home computer and an Uzi assault rifle waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday before he was held to answer on the charges, officials said. Prosecutors were supposed to present evidence in a preliminary hearing against Walter Loustari, a Glendale resident, on charges of possessing child pornography, but he decided not to go forward with the hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court and go straight to trial. Loustari instead will be arraigned Aug. 5 on the charges. Asked about the move to go straight to trial, Loustari’s attorney said, “I can’t tell you that.”

Loustari is charged with one felony count of possession of child pornography and one felony count of illegal possession of an assault rifle, said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. Prosecutors on Wednesday amended their original criminal complaint against Loustari in which he was charged with three felony counts of possessing child pornography, she said. A new law prevents defendants from being charged for the number of times explicit images are viewed, Robison said. In Loustari’s case, authorities allege he had viewed the image three times.

Glendale Police Department and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigators arrested Loustari Oct. 31 at his law office on the 1100 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge. He had been the subject of an federal investigation since October 2006, according to the district attorney’s office. The federal agency had been investigating a website that depicted child pornography. Loustari posted a $95,000 bail following his arrest and was released.

Loustari practices real estate litigation, and bankruptcy and personal injury law. In 1997, Loustari was found guilty of professional misconduct, but no suspension was imposed, according to the State Bar of California.

At the time, Loustari was the third Glendale man to be arrested in the agency’s child porn investigation. Christopher Kenji Hamilton, 33, and Eric Johnson, 34, were each indicted in August on one count of possession of child pornography after federal authorities discovered that they were using peer-to-peer networks to share graphic videos and images of children, officials said.

GLENDALE, CA — A 57-year-old attorney was arrested Friday at his law office in connection with possession of child pornography and an Uzi, police said. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office charged Walter Luostari of Glendale with three felony counts of possession of child pornography and one felony count of illegal possession of an assault-style rifle. Glendale Police Department and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigators arrested Luostari at his law office on the 1100 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Cañada Flintridge. “He’s been accessing, proliferating and collecting child pornography — explicit pornography,” Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz said.

He had been the subject of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation since October 2006, according to the district attorney’s office. The agency had been investigating an Internet website that depicted child pornography. Police searched Luostari’s Glendale apartment during their investigation, according to the district attorney’s office. Luostari’s case stems from the agency’s Operation Predator program, in which various law enforcement agencies throughout the nation work together to investigate child pornography. Luostari is the third man to be arrested in agency investigation in the past three months.

Christopher Kenji Hamilton, 33, and Eric Johnson, 34, were each indicted in August on one count of possession of child pornography after federal authorities discovered that they were using peer-to-peer networks to share graphic videos and images of children, officials said. Luostari is expected to be arraigned Monday in a Los Angeles Superior Court

Former Assistant Sent To Jail For Embezzling Danielle Steel

Posted: April 21, 2010 @ 7:12 am PDT (KTVU)

SAN FRANCISCO -- Danielle Steel's former assistant has been sentenced to nearly three years in prison for embezzling more than $760,000 from the romance novelist. Kristy Watts (pictured left) worked for 15 years and earned an annual salary of $200,000 for part-time work that included handling Steel's payroll and accounting. The 48-year-old pleaded guilty last year to depositing numerous checks made out to "cash" in her own bank account, using the author's credit card rewards points and paying herself more than her salary. U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn Walker on Tuesday sentenced Watts to two years and nine months in prison. She has paid the author $969,752 to settle a lawsuit by selling her San Rafael house and its furnishings. Watts is married to a San Francisco Police Department officer and has a 6-year-old daughter.

Ex-NBA All-Star Charged

With Pimping And Raping 14-Year-Old Girl!

March 1, 2010

WCJB – Former NBA All-Star Alvin Robertson (pictured above, center) is one of seven people facing charges involving sexual assault and sex trafficking of a 14 year old girl. He’s accused of forcing an underaged child to have sex with him.

Investigators say the 47-year- old athlete is part of a ring that kidnapped the girl and forced her into prostitution and dancing at a strip club.

Robertson lives in San Antonio but was arrested in Arkansas. His arrest is part of an investigation that started last April.

That’s when the teenaged girl waved down a police cruiser and told officers she had been abducted from San Antonio. The girl’s parents had reported her as a runaway.

The girl eventually escaped from a 49-year-old Corpus Christi man who was her captor, as he took a shower. He has pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child.

Robertson’s girlfriend, Racquel Mcintosh, and five other men police say are involved, have been arrested in San Antonio.

Alison Peck, 23 (pictured left) A former teacher at Greenfield High School in Greenfield, Mo., was charged May 22, 2009, in Green County with statuatory rape after convincing two friends to help her spend a night at a motel in Springfield with a 16-year-old boy who used to be her student. Peck had already been charged in Dade County on May 14 with having sexual relations with the boy at a park in that county sometime between January and March. On the day after receiving that citation, she arranged with friends to meet the boy at the Springfield motel. On May 17, she was charged with statuatory sodomy and statuatory rape because the boy told the detective that he had liaisons with Peck at her home in Mount Vernon. Judges have set bonds of $2,500 in Dade County, $10,000 in Lawrence County, and $200,000 in Greene County and Leo has been issued a no-contact order, told to stay 1,000 feet away from the boy's home and school and to surrender her passport

Abigail Holloway

March 5, 2009

Abigail Holloway (pictured left) the Colorado teacher who is being accused of having an intimate relationship with a student while teaching in California, was involved with the girl for several years, according to the former student. The girl, now a student at Whitworth College in Spokane, WA, recently told a school counselor about the relationship. She said she and Holloway were involved between 2001 and 2005, when Holloway left California and moved to Colorado. During that time, according to the girl, she and Holloway were intimate "over 100 times" and Holloway gave the girl a 2½-inch-thick binder with love letters, cards and poems. "We have a very special relationship. It is a gift from God," states an alleged e-mail from Holloway to the girl in March 2003. "Not many people are going to understand that, but we know in our hearts that God made us for each other!" The relationship began when the girl was 13. Holloway has been removed from her teaching job at St. Mary's Academy in Cherry Hills Village and was arrested last week on sexual-assault charges.

Allenna Ward, 24 (pictured left) Minister's daughter from Laurens County, S.C., was a second-year teacher at Bell Street Middle School in Clinton, S.C., when she was fired Feb. 28, 2007, for allegedly having sex with at least five boys. Some of the purported victims, ages 14 and 15, were students at Ward's school. Authorities say the married woman had sex with the boys not only on campus, but also at a motel, in a park and behind a restaurant. On Sept. 6, 2007, Ward pleaded guilty to six charges – three second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and three lewd acts on a minor. "Today, I publicly admit my guilt and would like to apologize. I sincerely apologize for the effects of my actions," she told the court. On Feb. 19, 2008, she was sentenced to six years in prison.

JUDGE DENIES ATTORNEY 'GAY' PRIEST'S PERSONNEL RECORDS!

SYRACUSE, NY -- A judge Monday threw out a lawsuit seeking personnel records of a priest from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse who is accused of sexually molesting three young boys in Montgomery County. State Supreme Court Justice Brian DeJoseph agreed with lawyers for the diocese and other defendants that the lawsuit filed by lawyer John Aretakis was technically deficient because it failed to state a legitimate cause of action. Aretakis had been seeking records about the Rev. John W. Broderick from the Syracuse diocese; the Albany diocese; the Society of St. Pius X, based in Platte City, Mo.; the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, based in Elmhurst, Pa.; the Dominican Sisters of Idaho, which runs a school in Massena; the Franciscan Brothers; and the Rev. Timothy Pfeiffer, pastor of Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of God Church, a St. Pius community in Syracuse.
