Washington, D.C.(Published: 2:26 AM PT - July 15, 2017) -- The Trump administration released a 13-page internal memo on new illegal immigration guidelines, in May. The Department of Homeland Security said the new guidelines are a draft. No firm decisions have been made regarding the new guidelines. The changes "would allow DHS to more efficiently use resources to remove persons who have been illegally present for relatively brief periods of time while still observing due-process requirements." Under the new guidelines, Illegal Immigrants who are detained and cannot prove they have lived in the US for more than 90 days would face expedited deportations. A Bush administration change in 2004 permitted the DHS to move to expel immigrants nabbed within 100 miles of the border; living in the US for less than two weeks. The new rule would apply to immigrants anywhere in the US. The White House has also shelved an Obama administration policy that protected illegal immigrants with no criminal records and who were parents of US citizens.

"Race Was Not A Factor" ~ 2017!

Tulsa, OK -- {May 17, 2017} After nine hours of deliberations, a jury acquitted white Tulsa police Officer Betty Shelby in the shooting death of Terence Crutcher, an unarmed black man. The incident, which took place in September 2016, was one of a number of police shootings of unarmed black men across the United States in recent years that have heightened concerns about possible police misconduct. Shelby said that she fired out of fear when she killed Crutcher, who had his hands above his head. Before issuing a verdict Wednesday night, the nine white jurors and three black jurors asked the judge if they could explain their verdict in court. The judge told them they can only announce their verdict in court, not explain it, but said they were free to explain publicly after the trial concluded. After the verdict, Shelby left without making a statement as Crutcher's family tearfully left the courtroom.

Blinded by White Supremacy ~ 2017!
St. Paul, MN {PUBLISHED: June 6, 2017 at 10:33 pm | UPDATED: June 7, 2017 at 02:13 am} -- A Minnesota police officer who fatally shot a black motorist told a supervisor on the scene that he didn't know where the motorist's gun was, but added that he told the motorist to get his hand off the firearm, according to audio recorded after the shooting. The audio is key evidence in the manslaughter trial of Officer Jeronimo Yanez, who shot Philando Castile last July in a St. Paul suburb. Prosecutors argue Yanez acted unreasonably; his attorneys say he feared for his life and made a split-second decision in the presence of a gun. Yanez and another officer had stopped Castile over a broken taillight when the 32-year-old elementary school cafeteria worker informed Yanez he was carrying a gun. Within seconds of hearing that, Yanez fired seven shots and Castile was mortally wounded. The shooting was one in a string involving police and black men nationally, and drew added attention because Castile's girlfriend streamed the aftermath on Facebook as he lay dying. Castile's family claimed he was profiled because of his race.

(Published: Thurs., April 13, 2017) — On Monday, Nandi Cain Jr. had just gotten off work and was headed to his Sacramento apartment when he noticed an officer approaching from behind him with his hand on his gun, according to police accounts, videos of the event and local news reports. Cain put his hands up as the officer approached, but continued to walk away slowly. He asked the police officer the reason for the stop, then protested when he heard it: “You were jaywalking,” the officer said on the dash-cam video released by the police department this week. “I looked both ways,” Cain replied. “You’re harassing me. I just got off work. You’re trying to pull me over for nothing.” Click here for video

EL CENTRO, CA (WCJB) ~ United States The El Centro Police Department said it's investigating a video that shows officers using force on a suspect who put several people in danger Tuesday afternoon. The video shows officers beating 23-year-old Elizardo Saenz, an El Centro resident. It also shows a K-9 police dog attacking Saenz. (Click here for video)

Oakland, CA (WCJB) ~ United States -- A sex scandal involving Oakland police officers and a then underage girl has all the makings of a TV thriller. The saga is full of twists and turns. The scandal erupted months after Officer Brendan O'Brien committed suicide. O'Brien left a note spilling the details, including names. Three Oakland officers were placed on paid leave. A source said O'Brien in his suicide note confessed to exchanging messages with a young woman who goes by the name Celeste Guap. However, the note says he did not have sexual contact with her. The same sources said she has met multiple officers. In the note, O'Brien named the officers, including one sergeant, involved in the alleged sexual misconduct with Guap. Guap is the daughter of a Oakland police dispatcher. The police investigation will look at whether Guap was under age during some of the encounters with officers. (Click here for video)

New Orleans, LA (WCJB) ~ United States -- On September 4, 2005, New Orleans police received a call from an officer at Danziger Bridge reporting gunfire. Several NOPD officers—including Sgt. Kenneth Bowen, Sgt. Robert Gisevius, Officer Anthony Villavaso, and Officer Robert Faulcon—arrived at the scene in a Budget rental truck. They proceeded to open fire with assault rifles and a shotgun on an unarmed family, the Bartholomews, who had been walking to a grocery store and were then sheltering behind a concrete barrier. 17-year-old James Brissette—a family friend—was killed, and four other people were wounded. The police shooters stated that while approaching the bridge, they had been fired on by civilians, and were forced to return fire. Homicide detective Arthur "Archie" Kaufman was made the lead investigator on the case. He was later found guilty of conspiring with the defendants to conceal evidence in order to make the shootings appear justified, including fabricating information for his official reports on the case. NOPD lieutenant Michael Lohman also encouraged the officers to "provide false stories about what had precipitated the shooting" and plant a firearm near the scene. (Click here for video)

Aiken, S.C. (WCJB) ~ United States -- A horrifying new dashcam video shows at least one white member of the Aiken, S.C. Police Department search inside a black man’s rectum for the apparent crime of being a passenger in a car with paper tags, which, it bears noting, is not a crime in the state of South Carolina. Driving a car with paper tags isn’t illegal either, as long as they aren’t expired. The car belonged to a woman named Lakeya Hicks, who had the paper tags because she had recently purchased the vehicle. Hicks’ tags weren’t expired, and a check on her license came up clean. However, the cops didn’t let her go. (Click here for video)

Brooklyn, NY (WCJB) ~ United States -- When an unmarked police car drove very close to mailman Glenn Grays in Brooklyn, Grays shouted at the car. Pink housing projects in the East New York section of Brooklyn. Jury selection in the case was completed last week. Gurley died more than 14 months ago, on November 20, 2014, as two cops were making a “vertical patrol,” checking the stairwells in the high-rise building. As Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney Marc Fliedner put it, opening the prosecution’s case, “Akai Gurley is dead today because he crossed paths with Peter Liang.” Liang was indicted by a Brooklyn grand jury on manslaughter and other charges last February, and both prosecution and defense agree on the immediate events that led to Gurley’s death.(Click here for video)

Chicago, IL -- Surveillance video (Click here for video) in connection with a Chicago police officer's fatally shooting 17-year-old Cedrick Chatman was released today by attorneys for the teen's family. A federal judge ordered the release of footage showing the 2013 shooting today after the city withdrew its objection to its being made public. Chicago police officer Kevin Fry fatally shot Chatman Jan. 7, 2013, in broad daylight during a foot chase, according to court records. Chatman’s family had fought for the video to be released as part of a wrongful death lawsuit they filed over the shooting against the city, Fry and Chicago police officer Lou Toth, who pursued Chatman along with Fry during the foot chase. Family members have argued the video will counter the city and police’s narrative that the 17-year-old was a danger to police. IPRA concluded the officers' actions were justified because they reasonably believed Chatman was armed at the time.

Brooklyn, NY -- A newly-released surveillance video (Click here for video) contradicts an undercover NYPD police officer who arrested four people in Brooklyn for allegedly trying to rob him on Dec. 26, 2015, according to a defense lawyer. Jean Scott, 33; Peterson Duplan, 28; Ricardi Joseph, 29; and Samantha Dabel, 24, said that they were approached by a man who tried to buy drugs from them at a hardware store. The undercover cop was identified as Winston McDonald, who testified in court that Duplan allegedly flashed a switchblade at him outside of the store, and said, "Give me your money or I will stab you," according to court papers.

Forth Worth, TX -- The mother of ‘affluenza’ teen Ethan Couch was ordered released from a Tarrant County jail cell after a bond hearing this afternoon. She may be leaving the jail soon. Judge Wayne Salvant ordered her bond reduced to $75,000 with several conditions. The conditions include weekly visits with the Community Supervisions and Corrections Department of Tarrant County. She is also not to consume alcoholic beverages or use social media. “Let’s look at it for what it is, I understand everyone is concerned and there is outrage in the community… but as a judge I have to look at the law,” said Judge Salvant. Couch and her lawyers were present at a 2 p.m. bond hearing at the Tarrant County Justice Center hoping to have her bond reduced. It was originally set at $1 million since she was charged with Hindering Apprehension of a Felon. (Click here for video)

Salt Lake City, Utah -- Exactly one year after a man was shot and killed during an altercation with a Salt Lake City Police Department officer, a former Davis County Sheriff says new video (Click here for video)footage indicates the officer's actions may not have been justified. Philadelphia, PA ~ USA -- Corrupt Justice™ has obtained a video (Click here for video) of the police shooting that took place Thursday night at 60th and Spruce streets. Miami, FL ~ USA -- A Florida jury began weighing on Tuesday whether a man who killed his wife and posted a photo of her blood-spattered, lifeless body on Facebook committed first-degree murder. Attorneys for Derek Medina, 33, argued that he was acting in self-defense when he fired eight shots at Jennifer Alfonso, 27, in the kitchen of their Miami-area residence. The August 2013 shooting followed a fight in which she had threatened to leave, prosecutors said during closing statements. They argued that Medina retrieved a .380-caliber pistol from his bedroom and pulled the trigger repeatedly in a premeditated act of murder. "Every single shot hit her because he was aiming and he wanted her dead," said Assistant State Attorney Leah Klein in Miami-Dade County circuit court. Medina wrote on Facebook shortly before turning himself in: "I'm going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife. My wife was punching me, and I am not going to stand any more with the abuse so I did what I did," he added in the post. (Click here for video)

He did not appear visibly moved; when asked if he understood the charges, he replied simply: “Yes.” Bail was set at $1m, of which Cosby will have to pay 10% on Wednesday. Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison for each charge.

Oklahoma City OK ~ USA -- A former Oklahoma City police officer was convicted Thursday of 18 of the 36 counts he faced, including four counts of first-degree rape, related to accusations that he victimized 13 women on his police beat in a minority, low-income neighborhood. Daniel Holtzclaw, 29, sobbed (Click here for video) as the verdict was read aloud. He could spend the rest of his life in prison based on the jury's recommendations, which include a 30-year sentence on each of the first-degree rape counts. Among the other charges he was convicted of were forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery and second-degree rape. The jury, which deliberated for about 45 hours over four days, recommended he serve a total of 263 years in prison. The judge will decide later whether he will have to serve the sentences consecutively.

Regent House Negro!

Thursday, January 19, 2012

Ward Connerly (pictured right) the former University of California regent who has authored anti-affirmative-action laws around the country and in California, is battling accusations from a former collaborator that he mismanaged funds at his nonprofits while enriching himself and neglecting employees.

His accuser is Jennifer Gratz, whose 2003 case before the U.S. Supreme Court forced the University of Michigan to stop considering race in admissions. Gratz then worked with Connerly at his nonprofits - the American Civil Rights Institute and the American Civil Rights Coalition - until resigning Sept. 22, the day her attorney sent a letter to board members alleging financial and ethical misdeeds.

Connerly said that he has done nothing wrong and that Gratz - once his hand-picked heir apparent to his anti-affirmative-action movement - is retaliating because he changed his mind. "When she found out that wasn't going to happen, she was angry," Connerly said.

Her attorney told board members that Gratz was concerned that Connerly had been receiving $1.5 million in compensation, even as staff salaries "have been delayed or missed." She alleged that Connerly inappropriately hired friends and family, paid employees handsomely for making "printouts from Wikipedia," and that he "knowingly" filed W-2 forms that "did not accurately reflect the amount actually paid to employees."

Connerly said that he was not responsible for the W-2 forms, and that most of the $1.5 million he earned came from speaking fees at a rate set by board members.

Jew Wars!

September 28, 2010

A U.S. soldier's chilling description of killing Afghan civilians for fun was screened on Monday in front of a war crimes hearing investigating his case. Cpl. Jeremy Morlock, 22, is one of five soldiers who stands accused of being part of a secret "kill team" in his Stryker brigade unit, murdering innocent Afghans and collecting their body parts as souvenirs. Videotapes of his interviews with Army investigators surfaced on Monday, in which Morlock details how he and fellow soldiers Calvin Gibbs and Adam Winfield mercilessly targeted civilians. In one clip, Morlock describes how they forced an innocent man to obey their commands and stand still while they killed him with a grenade.

"We had this guy by the compound, and so Gibbs, you know, walked him out and set him in place, like 'Hey, stand here,'" Morlock says on the tape, telling the invesigator they had the man stay "where Gibbs could get behind cover after the grenade went off."

"He pulled out one of his grenades...popped it...throws the grenade and then tells me and Winfield, alright dude, wax this guy," Morlock says. "Kill this guy, kill this guy."

The civilian was fully cooperative and unarmed, Morlock told the Army. "He wasn't a threat."

Morlock's attorneys are trying to suppress his remarks from being brought into evidence, saying the statements were given under the influence of heavy medications the soldier was taking to deal with the pain of traumatic brain injury, caused by repeated concussions sustained in combat.

An Army official, however, has testified that Morlock was lucid and present while making the statements.

"He made good eye contact," Army Special Agent Anderson Wagner told The Associated Press. "He was able to recount events that happened several months ago."

Morlock and his fellow soldiers stand accused of premeditated murder and conspirary to commit premeditated murder.

If convicted, they could face the death penalty.

A True Jew!

August 17, 2010

A (IDF) Israeli soldier, Eden Aberjil (pictured above) is being criticized for uploading photos of herself in uniform smiling among blindfolded Palestinian prisoners on Facebook. Aberjil, 26, said she did nothing wrong although her decision to post the photos was thoughtless. She went further saying she was surprised that so many people were offended.

"There's no violence or intention to humiliate anyone in the pictures," media outlets reported her saying. "I just had my picture taken with them in the background. I did it out of excitement, to remember the experience."

She titled the photos "The Army…The Most Beautiful Time of My Life."

The pictures were taken in 2008 and show her posing happily with Palestinian detainees. In one, she sits crossing her legs, next to a blindfolded Palestinian man slumped against a concrete wall. In the other, Aberjil is smiling with three blindfolded Palestinian men whose hands are bound. The comments below the photo included jokes and sexual innuendoes.

"You're the sexiest like that," one friend wrote below the photo.

"I wonder if he's got Facebook," Aberjil responded. "I have to tag him in the picture."

Since the backlash, Aberjil has removed the photos. The soldier said she has been receiving death threats. Army officials said the pictures were "shameful," and that they would investigate the incident. Palestinian groups have also denounced the photos. And several have likened the photos to those taken in 2003 by American soldiers at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, which showed U.S. soldiers humiliating naked Iraqi prisoners.

Corrupt Justice™ obtained two photos taken at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. The first photo shows U.S. Soldier, Spc. Sabrina Harmon (pictured below) posing over the body of a Iraqi (Arab) detainee who was beaten to death by CIA and civilian interrogators in the prison's showers. The detainee's name was Manadel al-Jamadi.

The second photo depicts U.S. Soldier, Private Lynndie England smiling and pointing at naked Iraqi prisoners (pictured below). She is one of nine soldiers who were charged with mistreating Iraqi prisoners at Abu Ghraib in late 2003. In 2004 she became pregnant by fellow U.S. soldier Charles Graner, who was accused of being the ringleader of the abuse at Abu Ghraib.

It is not clear if any official action will be taken against Aberjil because she completed her required military service.

Racist Jew Killer Captured!

Be On The Lookout (B.O.L.O.)!
Posted August 9, 2010

(Composite sketch by Michigan State Police of suspect in race-motivated killings of 5 African-Americans in Michigan.) There is a curious dearth of major media on the seemingly race-motivated killings of 5 African-Americans in Michigan, and closer to home, 3 attempted murders in Virginia. Apprehension to in-depth coverage is perhaps more frightening than the wickedness of the cowardly slayings. Has discussing race become politically incorrect? Relegating stories about this horror to the back page suggests we are just that. Trying to sweep the topic of race under the rug only makes sitting down to a rational conversation more difficult. The deranged person killing minorities has little to do with race problems in this country; but he does reside on a fence of imagined disenfranchisement, fraught with fear, and eager for company. Sidestepping sensitive topics of history and our present social interactions only serves to further alienate those susceptible to the entreaties of those wishing to polarize America.

American Dollars = Jewish Settlements!

July 8, 2010

HaYovel is one of many groups in the United States using tax-exempt donations to help Jews establish permanence in the Israeli-occupied territories — effectively obstructing the creation of a Palestinian state, widely seen as a necessary condition for Middle East peace. The result is a surprising juxtaposition: As the American government seeks to end the four-decade Jewish settlement enterprise and foster a Palestinian state in the West Bank, the American Treasury helps sustain the settlements through tax breaks on donations to support them. A New York Times examination of public records in the United States and Israel identified at least 40 American groups that have collected more than $200 million in tax-deductible gifts for Jewish settlement in the West Bank and East Jerusalem over the last decade. The money goes mostly to schools, synagogues, recreation centers and the like, legitimate expenditures under the tax law. But it has also paid for more legally questionable commodities: housing as well as guard dogs, bulletproof vests, rifle scopes and vehicles to secure outposts deep in occupied areas. In some ways, American tax law is more lenient than Israel’s. The outposts receiving tax-deductible donations — distinct from established settlements financed by Israel’s government — are illegal under Israeli law. And a decade ago, Israel ended tax breaks for contributions to groups devoted exclusively to settlement-building in the West Bank. “It’s a problem,” a senior State Department official said, adding, “It’s unhelpful to the efforts that we’re trying to make.” Daniel C. Kurtzer, the United States ambassador to Israel from 2001 to 2005, called the issue politically delicate. “It drove us crazy,” he said. But “it was a thing you didn’t talk about in polite company.” He added that while the private donations could not sustain the settler enterprise on their own, “a couple of hundred million dollars makes a huge difference,” and if carefully focused, “creates a new reality on the ground.” Most contributions go to large, established settlements close to the boundary with Israel that would very likely be annexed in any peace deal, in exchange for land elsewhere. So those donations produce less concern than money for struggling outposts and isolated settlements inhabited by militant settlers. Even small donations add to their permanence. For example, when Israeli authorities suspended plans for permanent homes in Maskiot, a tiny settlement near Jordan, in 2007, two American nonprofits — the One Israel Fund and Christian Friends of Israeli Communities —raised tens of thousands of dollars to help erect temporary structures, keeping the community going until officials lifted the building ban.

IDF Molesters!

July 6, 2010 An Israel Defense Forces officer has been arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting dozens of girls, and harassing thousands more over the Internet, over the course of six years. A gag order on the case was lifted yesterday. Eyal Nahum, 25, (pictured far right) was arrested by the Tel Aviv police after an eight-month investigation. Nahum is suspected of convincing girls to befriend him over the Internet by pretending to be a high school student. During online chats, he then allegedly taught them about sex and tried to lure them into meeting him. Several of the girls in question were aged 10 to 14, and police are investigating whether any of the girls whom he physically molested were also underage. They so far have evidence that he molested dozens of girls, but all of them were over the age of 16. Police also have evidence that some of the girls tried to cease their contacts with him, but he responded by threatening to post naked pictures of them on the Internet. Some of these photos were sent to him by the girls themselves, and others he allegedly doctored on Photoshop. Jew Russell Gould, the current Chair of the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents on May 7, 2009, elected Russell Gould to a one-year term as chair, succeeding Richard C. Blum. Gould, who holds a bachelor's degree in political science from UC Berkeley, served in Gov. Pete Wilson's administration as secretary of the Health and Welfare Agency from 1991 to 1993 and director of the Department of Finance from 1993 to 1996.

See Judges of the Regents of the University of California. The following is a continuing series of articles detailing the unethical, dishonest and unlawful acts by the Regents of the University of California. (Richard Blum, Chairman of the Regents of the University (Pictured Right).)

Update

WASHINGTON - April 27, 2009 - Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) urged the Inspector General (IG) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today to investigate a suspect contract the agency awarded to a company run by the husband of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). The CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE), chaired by Sen. Feinstein's husband Richard Blum, won the contract with the FDIC last November to sell foreclosed properties inherited from failed banks. The company won the contract in an allegedly competitive bidding process although CBRE is a commercial real estate firm with relatively little experience selling foreclosed properties. One month earlier, Sen. Feinstein had written a letter in support of the FDIC's desire to expand its loan modification program. After the contract was awarded, she introduced legislation that would use $25 billion in Troubled Asset Relief Program funds to bankroll the FDIC's plan. The contract with CBRE reportedly contains highly favorable terms including set-up, administrative management and commission fees not typically awarded in comparable contracts. According to the Washington Times, many of the fees either exceed industry norms or would not usually be paid before a sale has gone through. Based on CBRE's lack of relevant experience, the unusually favorable terms, and the possible intervention of Sen. Feinstein, CREW asked FDIC's IG to investigate whether there was any impropriety in the award process. (fdic cb richard ellis)
The Regents of the University of California The University of California is governed by The Regents, a 26-member board, as established under Article IX, Section 9 of the California Constitution. The Regents are appointed by the Governor of the State of California. The Governor also appoints the Judges of the California Superior Courts, Appellate Courts and the California Supreme Court. The Board of Regents appoints the President of the University and the Officers of The Regents: the General Counsel; the Treasurer; the Secretary and Chief of Staff; and the Chief Compliance and Audit Officer. The current Chairman is Richard Blum ("Jew Blum" hereafter) (He is the Husband of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (Jew) (both pictured left).) The Vice Chairman is Russell Gould (also a Jew). (Jew) Richard Blum: (Jew) Blum graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he received his B.S. in business administration in 1958, and an MBA in 1959, both degrees coming from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. By profession (Jew) Blum is said to be an investment banker (those same people who have necessitated the trillion dollar bailout). He is the Chairman and President of Blum Capital Partners, L.P., an equity investment management firm that acts as general partner for various investment partnerships and provides investment advisory services. He founded the firm in 1975. Blum is also a Director of several companies, including CB Richard Ellis. (Jew)Blum donated $15 million to create a research and education center at UC Berkeley in April 2006. The Unlawful (Donation) Tax Shelter University of California Regent and San Francisco financier Richard C. Blum has donated $15 million to create a research and education center at UC Berkeley dedicated to fighting global poverty. Accordingly, Jew Blum does not have to pay taxes on the $15 million dollars he robbed from the public coffers. He simply donated the money to a corrupt organization that he oversees. He's lining his corrupt pockets with his own tax deductible donation. This is a clever way to turn $15 million into $30 million (tax free). The UC Pay Scandal(s) November 2008 (SF Chronicle - November 28, 2008) The University of California's governing Board of Regents, struggling last week to avert drastic state budget cuts and forestall tuition increases, approved a $100,202 severance package for Linda Williams, a close aide to former UC President Robert Dynes and a figure in the university's 2005 salary scandal. The severance is being paid to Williams several months after she left her job in the UC Office of the President in Oakland and took a higher-paying position on May 1 a few miles away at the UC Berkeley campus. Her payout was granted last Thursday - one day after the regents spent hours discussing and decrying Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's proposal for $65.5 million in midyear UC budget cuts. Regents Chairman Richard Blum said the university system had an obligation to pay Williams the fee. "Whatever agreements were made in the past, there are a number of ones we are clearly uncomfortable with," Blum said. "I don't know the merits of the case, but on the surface it's worrisome. ... It was done under a different administration." A scandal erupted in 2005 when The Chronicle reported that millions of dollars in bonuses and extra compensation had been paid to UC executives without public disclosure or approval from the Board of Regents and appeared to violate standing policies. Williams was among those for whom Dynes made exceptions in granting perks they were not normally entitled to. For instance, Williams received a $44,467 relocation allowance, apparently in violation of university policy. This was in addition to reimbursing her up to $12,000of actual costs for the move from San Diego to Oakland. To entice Williams and a colleague to join Dynes at the UC system's Oakland headquarters, Dynes also made an exception to policy by allowing the two to receive low-interest home loans. The subsidized mortgage loans are normally available only to senior managers and faculty, according to UC's Web site. Williams received a loan of $832,500. Williams, whose salary under Dynes was $190,625 in the 2006-07 fiscal year, now makes $200,400 as associate chancellor of UC Berkeley, where she is in charge of government-community relations and such things as a whistle-blower program, emergency response and public records requests. UC defends $2.1 million deal for police chief What Police Officer is worth $2.1 million (she sits on her rear-end all day)? This is in addition to the fact she got the position based upon the fact she is a woman. By: Patricia Yollin, Chronicle Staff Writer. Friday, April 25, 2008 UC Berkeley officials are defending an unusual arrangement that allowed Police Chief Victoria Harrison (pictured left) to retire last year with a $2.1 million package and then return to the same job right away for more money. "No laws were broken," Cal spokeswoman Marie Felde said Thursday. "That's very clear." UC spokesman Paul Schwartz said the retirement package was consistent with university policy and reflected benefits she rightfully earned. "She did not receive anything special," he said. The two were reacting to a Contra Costa Times story published Thursday that said the chief of the UC Berkeley Police Department received "improper perks" and that administrators broke or bypassed UC and federal rules. "I'm now 54," Harrison said. "I think I've got a few good years left in me, and I want to continue to contribute to the big U." (She's joking!) A few good years to sit at her desk. Harrison started her career at UC Santa Barbara in 1973 and came to Cal in 1985. Five years later, she took over as chief (Unheard of for a male police officer)[.] In June 2007, however, she found herself in a quandary. She'd been eligible for full retirement for more than a year, with a pension that would have paid her as much as she was earning by working. UC Berkeley's $140 million sports training center The UC Berkeley "sports training center" is a euphemism for "African-American Student multi-purpose building." African-American students will live, eat, sleep and study sports here. This is the only place where African-American students will be welcomed with open arms (until they're arrested). Stolen Body Parts LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- (Tuesday, March 9, 2004. Posted: 9:40 PM EST (0240 GMT)) Top officials at UCLA Tuesday voluntarily suspended the university's Willed Body Program after accusations that its director (Henry Reid, pictured left (Jew)) and others sold body parts for profit, a lawyer for the school said. The announcement came as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued a temporary restraining order to halt the program. Pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson, meanwhile, said one of its subsidiaries purchased human tissue from a middleman authorities accuse of obtaining body parts from the program's director. But the company said it did not know the tissue samples were inappropriately obtained. The Willed Body Program's director, Henry Reid, was arrested Saturday "for illegal activities involving the commercialization of human remains," or selling body parts, authorities said. Reid, 54, is alleged to have sold the parts to Ernest Nelson, 46, who was also arrested. Nelson allegedly then sold the body parts to other people, who were not identified, officials said. October 2008 (AP) The former chief of UCLA's cadaver program pleaded guilty Friday for his role in selling donated body parts to medical, drug and research companies in a scheme that netted up to $1 million, prosecutors said. Henry Reid, 58, pleaded guilty in Los Angeles County Superior Court to one count of conspiracy to commit grand theft, with a special allegation that he damaged or destroyed more than $1 million worth of school property, which refers to the donated bodies. Under a plea agreement, Reid could be sentenced to four years and four months in state prison. He also agreed to cooperate in the trial of a co-defendant and to repay $100,000 to $1 million to the program at the University of California, Los Angeles, according to a statement from the county district attorney's office. Appointment of United States Attorneys, Federal and State Judges: “The Federal Judicial Qualifications Committee was formed in March 2001 by Democratic Party Senators Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer, in conjunction with Gerald Parsky, a private businessman and member of the Republican Party. The Committee, which is responsible for recommending to the President nominations for federal district court judges and United States Attorneys in California, was established pursuant to a voluntary agreement between Parsky and Senators Feinstein and U.S. Senator Boxer to develop a list of candidates for appointment likely to meet with the approval of both the President and the Senate.” (Jew) Gerald Parsky (Jew) Parsky, a private businessman and member of the Republican Party is the former Chairman of the Board of Regents of the University of California. (Jew) Blum a member of the Board of Regents of the University of California, succeeded Parsky as Chariman. (Jew) Parsky is a Bush criminal: (Jew) Parsky received appointments from each of the past five Republican administrations. His service has included positions at the U.S. Departments of Treasury and Energy (Nixon); as Assistant Secretary for International Affairs with the U.S. Department of Treasury (Ford); the President’s Council on Productivity (Reagan); the President’s Export Council (George H.W. Bush) and the President’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security (George W. Bush). (Jew) Parsky serves as a Trustee to both the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and the George (H.W.) Bush Presidential Library Foundation in Texas. (Jew) Parsky has spearheaded three Republican presidential campaigns, first as Chairman of the 1996 Republican National Convention Host Committee, next as the California organizer for then-Governor George W. Bush of Texas during the primary of 2000 and finally as the Bush-Cheney California Chairman in both 2000 and 2004. A list of California Judges who serve the Regents from the Judicial Bench.
